Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and what a better way to start the day than with a bowl of hot steaming oatmeal. This is not one of the favorite meal for kids but its pack with loads of nutrients. Oatmeal helps to:

                                    Easy Oatmeal Recipe

     Cook time: 5 minutes                        Total time: 5 minutes


ingredients:
2 cup water
1 cup quick cooking oat
1 tablespoon Honey
1 Banana or any fresh fruits(diced)
Salt to taste

Method:
  • in a pot over medium heat,put 2 cups of water, 1 cup of quick cooking oat and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir it frequently and bring it to a simmer
  • After the oat thickens add any flavours of your choice(sugar,honey)
  • Remove from heat after the oats have reach your desired texture
  • Allow to cool a little and add your toppings(fruits, nuts)
  • Serve warm
