  1. Fill a pot with 2 liters of water. Add 300 g of prunes to the pot. Heat the pot over medium or high heat. Once boiling, reduce to low heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 5minutes.
  2. Pour prunes and water into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Sieve the juice
  4. Pour prune juice into bottles and store in the refrigerator.

 

Green Juice For Constipation



Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raw Kale
  • 1 cup prune juice
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and combine until smooth.
  2. Add water to thin the smoothie if it is too thick.

 

Citrus Juice For Constipation


Ingredients

  • 4 mandarins
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 small grapefruit
  • ½ lemon

Method

  1. Simply remove the peels from the mandarins, oranges,and grapefruit. 
  2. You can juice the lemon with the peel if it’s organic.
  3. Place everything in your juice and start juicing
  4. If you find this juice too bitter or sour, adjust by adding more mandarins and less lemon and grapefruit

 

Beetroot Juice for Constipation


Ingredients

  • 1 small beetroot
  • 2 apples, cut into pieces 
  • ½ lemon

Method

  1. Peel the beet and core the apples. Peel the lemon, if it’s not organic.
  2. Place everything into your juicer and juice them.


 

Apple Juice For Constipation


Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • ½ teaspoon fennel powder
  • ½ cup water

Method

  1. Roughly chop the apples and toss them into a blender.
  2. Add the water and give blend
  3. Pour out the juice into a glass.
  4. Add the fennel powder and stir well.

 

Orange Juice For Constipation


Ingredients

  • 1 cup roughly chopped oranges
  • A pinch of black salt

Method

  1. Toss the oranges into the blender
  2. Blend
  3. Pour the juice into a glass.
  4. Add a pinch of black salt and stir well before drinking.

 

Cherry Juice For Constipation


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cherries
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • ½ cup water
  • Black salt to taste

Method

  1. Rinse the cherries well and remove the seeds.
  2. Blend the cherries in a blender
  3. Sprinkle black salt to taste.

 

Lemon Juice For Constipation


Ingredients

  • ½ lemon
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder

Method

  1. Add lemon juice, honey, and cumin powder to a cup of warm water.
  2. Stir well before drinking.

Not taking your bath is extremely bad for your health, bacteria build up and deterioration of your overall health is expected.

 

You’re more likely to get sick or contract infections, if you’re not cleaning the dangerous microbes off of your body reasonably regularly.

 

Showering helps to keep your skin blemish-free, by preventing oils in the skin from building up, and this is particularly important if you regularly work out.

 

Maintaining cleanliness is also important for our self-confidence, physical and emotional well-being. The main purpose of washing is to remove dirt and odors and germs.

Itchy Skin: When you don’t shower, dirt and other pollutants will stick to your body  causing irritation and very itchy skin.

 

Low confidence: Not taking a shower can make you feel dirty and make you feel little less confident about yourself

 

You May Get Sick: The body is filled with thousands of different types of bacteria and fungi. Some are good and necessary for some functions in your body while some are bad.

Pour 1 cup vinegar into the basin, add enough warm water to the basin and immerse your foot inside the basin. Do this for 20minutes. Dry your feet with a clean towel.

SALTWATER FOOT SOAK

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Epsom salt
  • Warm water
  • Big Basin
METHOD
Dissolve the Epsom salt in the warm water and soak your feet for 15 to 20 minutes. Dry with a clean towel.

LISTERINE FOOT SOAKS
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup Listerine
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1-gallon warm water
  • Big Basin
METHOD
Mix 1/2 cup of Listerine with the 1/2 cup of vinegar and the gallon of warm water in a big basin. Soak your feet for 25 minutes. Dry with a clean towel.

HONEY FOOT SOAK
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Cup Honey
  • 1-gallon warm water
  • Big Basin
METHOD
Mix the honey with the warm water. Soak your feet for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse your feet with cool water, dry thoroughly with a clean towel and moisturize.
